By creating an account or using Xpenserbot (via the web dashboard or WhatsApp), you agree to these terms.

The service

Xpenserbot lets you log expenses and financial accounts by texting WhatsApp or through a web dashboard, and shows you a personal financial picture based only on what you enter — we never link to your bank or scan your messages.

Your account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account and be approved for access.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter — Xpenserbot is a tracking tool, not a source of financial advice.
• New sign-ups may require admin approval before full access is granted.

Subscriptions (Plus)

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard Settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Xpenserbot to log or transmit anything unlawful, and don't attempt to access another user's data or disrupt the service.

No financial advice

Xpenserbot shows you numbers based on data you provide. It does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, and we're not liable for financial decisions made using the app.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime by emailing xpenserbotadmin@gmail.com (see our Privacy Policy for details). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
